Where Is the Redeem Token Button in the Muse App? Find It Before Your 48 Hours Run Out

In the Muse app: Settings > Redeem token. On the web: muse.ai, Settings > General > Usage. If you open Settings and see no Redeem token entry, do not assume you are locked out — run the three-case check below first, because a missing entry has three different causes and only one of them means your window has closed.

Find it in the app, step by step

1. Open the Muse app and join first. The redeem entry belongs to the joining flow — if you have not joined yet, there is nothing to redeem into. Join, then stay in the app for the next step.
2. Open Settings. Look for the Settings entry in the app's main navigation, not in a chat screen or a profile card. The redeem option lives under Settings, so a chat view will never show it.
3. Tap Redeem token and paste the code. Paste exactly — do not retype it. The safest way to get an exact copy is the wall itself: tap a code card and it copies, so what you paste is character-for-character what was posted. A single mistyped letter is the most common reason a pasted code fails, and it looks exactly like a bad code.

Find it on the web instead

If the app entry is not where you expect it, try the web path before concluding anything: go to muse.ai, open Settings, then General, then Usage, where the redeem option lives. This web check is the step most people skip, and it settles the question fast — if the entry is there on the web, the problem was where you were looking in the app, not your account. If you cannot see it at all: the three-case check

• Case 1 — You are already in. If you already redeemed a code on this account, the redeem entry has done its job and may no longer be shown. Check: can you already use Muse? • Case 2 — Your window has closed. The redeem entry is only available within 48 hours of joining. If you joined days ago and never redeemed, the entry disappearing is the expected result, not a bug — and a fresh code does not reopen it. • Case 3 — You are in the wrong place or the wrong app. Check you are in Meta's Muse (muse.ai) and not a lookalike app with a similar name — the AI disambiguation post covers that trap. Also check you are signed into the account you joined with: an entry tied to one account will not appear on a different signed-in account.

Run the cases in this order — already in, window closed, wrong place — because Case 1 is a success disguised as a problem, and mistaking it for Case 2 is how people waste a good code chasing a button they no longer need.
