You have a code and you are inside the 48-hour window. Here is exactly where to enter it — in the app, and on the web.
Copy the code first, so you can paste it instead of typing it. Codes are easy to mistype, and a single wrong character makes the whole thing fail. On this wall, clicking any code card copies the code for you.
Double-check the clock: the redeem entry only exists within 48 hours of joining Muse. If you cannot find the entry at all, you are probably past the window — see the troubleshooting guide before trying anything else.
Open the Muse app, go to Settings, and look for Redeem token. Paste (or type) the code and confirm. The app will tell you whether the code was accepted. If it was, you are done — there is no second step and no reason to redeem another code.
If the app rejects the code, do not keep re-entering the same one. Pick a different code from the wall and try that instead.
Prefer a browser? Go to muse.ai, open Settings, then General, then Usage, and look for Redeem invite code. The same rules apply: paste the code exactly, confirm, and check the result. The web entry and the app entry lead to the same place, so use whichever is open in front of you.
One practical note: if you are already signed in on the web, make sure you are redeeming on the same account you joined with. A code redeemed on the wrong account does not transfer.
A successful redeem is confirmed in the app itself. What exactly you receive depends on your account — this site does not track or promise any amount. If nothing seems to have changed, give the app a moment, reopen it, and check your usage or account area. If the code was rejected, move on to another code and report the dead one so others do not waste a try.
